Dynamic Atomization Technology and Cyclodextrin Inclusion
Our patented Dynamic Atomization Technology (DAT) enables precision control over moisture content and powder specifications. Flash drying in half a second and zero-pressure and controlled low-pressure feed mean temperature-sensitive ingredients are protected from mechanical shear, abrasion, and degradation.
Cyclodextrin inclusion with DAT enhances the solubility, stability, and bioavailability of the active ingredients while preventing degradation during drying and minimizing the powder’s moisture content. In this unique process, cyclodextrins act as carrier vehicles for each ingredient molecule and protect the nutrients in their journey through the body.
