See APD in Action
Cambrooke had a unique market opportunity when a competitor recalled their amino-acid-based, hypoallergenic medical food, and they needed a partner to help quickly scale production of a powdered fat ingredient. The APD research and development team quickly responded to help fill this critical market gap.
Microencapsulation Services
Our expertise in microencapsulation services includes access to Tesseract’s patented nanomolecular CyLoc®-DexKey® nutrient delivery technology, which offers:
- Cyclodextrin inclusion for nutrient stability and quality.
- A precision nano-molecular transport system
- Advanced nutrient protection.
- Precise and targeted ingredient release.
Dynamic Atomization Technology — The Next Generation Spray Drying
Regardless of its advantages, spray drying has historically posed challenges regarding yield and particle size distribution, as well as consistent quality across different scales.
Dynamic atomization technology (DAT) is a patented spray drying technology developed by Advanced Powder Dynamics that addresses the challenges of traditional spray drying.
