Dynamic Atomization
Dynamic atomization technology (DAT) is an improved method of spray drying that prevents damage from extended exposure to high temperatures and mechanical shear. Our state-of-the-art DA dryers are equipped with different nozzle sizes for optimal spray of viscous polymers. This added level of control over droplet size reduces the caking and clogging issues and eliminates moisture in the final product, while reducing damage from water and mold contamination.
